TAIPEI (The China Post) — The three-year-old girl who was yanked into the
air during Hsinchu Kite Festival on Sunday, only suffered some bruised her face
and neck.
The video of the incident did not show how the girl, who weighs just 13
kilograms, approached the kite or get caught up in it, though it did catch the girl
becoming entangled by the tail-end of the kite.
